OYOGist.com has learned that the Minister of Health, Dr. Osagie Ehanire yesterday in response to the question asked by one of the participants in the daily COVID-19 Presidential Task Force briefing yesterday said he will appreciate if Nigerians does not ask him about the Chinese Doctors who came into Nigeria last month.

In his statement he said “Most of the Chinese Doctors that came into Nigeria, came solely for the CCECC workers and under the Visa of the company which some of them are actually not Doctors but Technicians. However, we are in touch with them and learning from the wealth of experiences which is helping us”.
Before the arrival of the Chinese Doctors, Nigerians were told that they were coming to aid Nigerians who were tested positive for COVID-19. But by the response of Mr. Ehanire yesterday, it shows that it is contrary to the information earlier told. He has made his submission and Nigerians can now rest on the matter.
