The Nigerian Center for Disease Control (NCDC) has recorded 245 new confirmed COVID-19 cases in Nigeria, bringing the total confirmed cases as at Monday, the 4th of May to 2802, OYOGist.com reports.
The new cases recorded were from Lagos (76), Katsina (37), Jigawa (32), Kano (23), FCT (19), Borno (18), Edo (10), Bauchi (9), Adamawa (6), Oyo (5) Ogun (6), Ekiti (1), Osun (1), Benue (1), Niger (1) and Zamfara (1).
The total number of discharged cases as of Monday is now 417, while the total number of deaths is 93.
