Oyogist.com has learned that the abductors of the wife of Benue’s Commissioner for Land and Survey, Mrs. Ann Unenge has demanded a ransom of N51m yesterday night for her to be released.

This is coming three nights after Mrs. Unenge was kidnapped by Unknown gunmen.

It was gathered that the Bandits yesterday evening around 6-7pm used the victim’s number to call Unenge and a few other persons and demanded for a ransom.

Mrs Ann Unenge was kidnapped around 6:pm on Thursday, 29th July.

It was gathered that Mrs. Ann was abducted shortly after she returned from Daudu town, an outskirt where she went to visit her parents.

She was said to be driving a new model Toyota Highlander, which her abductors also took away.

This incident has left the community in shock as it is coming less than a week after two women were abducted in a similar fashion in the same Makurdi.
