Oyogist has learned that Popular microblogging platform, Twitter has unveiled its latest feature that allows users to verify their NFT profile photos.
Twitter users Would now be able to link their Ethereum wallets to their Twitter account and choose a profile photo from a selection of NFTs they own.
The new update released by twitter would be enclosed in an NFT-only hexagonal border — unique from the standard circular border.
Also, Verification is available only for Ethereum-based NFTs at the moment, however, a Twitter representative clarified that this is only the “first iteration” of a feature that may soon support other blockchains.
Furthermore, NFT verification is currently only available to users using Twitter Blue, as they would have to pay a US$2.99 per month subscription.
