Oyogist has learned that not less than 19 people were killed and 43 injured when two explosions, followed by gunfire, hit Afghanistan’s biggest military hospital.
The blast struck a city near the capital Kabul, interior ministry sources confirmed to newsmen.
Several gunshots was heard miles away, near Sardar Mohammad Daud Khan military hospital in the Afghan capital, according to witnesses and a government spokesman.
“The attack was initiated by a suicide bomber on a motorcycle who blew himself up at the entrance of the hospital,” an official said
