Oyogist has learned that the present Executive Governor of Ogun state, Dapo Abiodun has commended President Mohammadu Buhari on his ability to complete the Lagos Ibadan rail project to be commissioned today, the 10th of June.
The governor further expressed satisfaction Regarding the project as he Disclosed that of the 10 stations along the rail line, five are located in Ogun state, adding that the people of the state would benefit greatly.
“I really commend Mr. President on the effort and indeed the Honourable Minister. commend President Muhammadu Buhari for ensuring the timely completion. You see the project is not just for a mere listing of passengers, it is also for economic opportunities. As you can see this project is world-class and has alleviated us to an enviable height and we would make good advantage of it. I also had a section with the Honourable minister on how to make use of these inter-modern facilities to enrich the people” the Governor said.
