US President, Joe Biden has announced one of his biggest achievements as President since assuming office on the 20th of January, 2021 at his first Joint Session with Congress on Wednesday.
Revealing that his administration had added over one million, three hundred thousand new jobs within the first 100 days of assuming office, he boasted that the record is the first of such in American history.
”The economy created more than one million three hundred thousand new jobs within 100 days,” President Biden announced to a round of applause from the Congress.
“More jobs in the first 100 days than any President on record.” Joe Biden further said.
He further revealed that the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has estimated that the US economy would grow by six percent this year. He also noted that that is a record high in more than four decades.
While the President received applause from members of the congress, he noted that the country needs to do more than “build better”
