According to report reaching oyogist.com, the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) has called on the urgent intervention of the Nigerian federal government over the issue of increased insecurity, hunger and unemployment in the country.

The christian body also urged the Nigerian Christians to keep their hopes alive despite the various travails facing the country and the world at large, while giving the assurance that “God’s plan for Nigeria will prevail.”

This was made known in a Christmas message released by the President of the PFN, Rev. Dr. Felix Omobude, on Friday. He noted that the Covid-19 impact on Nigeria and Africans was not as damaging as projected by the European experts.

In his message, he urged all Nigerians to follow all Covid-19 laid down protocols as he also urged them to keep praying for the divine healing of the country.
