Majority of the US Senate yesterday, cast their votes to confirm Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court of the United States, giving conservatives a 6-3 majority.
Amy Coney Barrett was confirmed as the 115th justice to the Supreme Court on Monday, being the fifth woman to become a justice in its 231-year history. Oyogist.com learnt that Barret’s nomination would help Rublicans gain power in next week’s elections.
Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) was the only GOP senator not to vote in favor of the confirmation of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court.
