Chelsea might have lost one of their best players in Eden Hazard to Real Madrid last summer, but is it not going to be a problem again as the manager is already making efforts and negotiations to bring him back this season, oyogist.com reports.
Yesterday on a brief interview session at Stamford Bridge, Frank Lampard spoke on how he has challenged his new players to try and adapt fast and build a squad that can cope without Eden Hazard if he does not succeed in bringing him back.
He said that the reason why the club is making efforts to bring Hazard back is because they feel that Chelsea brought out the best in him and he is not supposed to be benched in Real Madrid.
Lampard said “we will try this season to make a new bid for his return as we really need to fortify our attacking force and make our team great again. I feel that Eden Hazard gave the club such pleasure and great times individually in his input.”
“I will be pleased if we succeed in making him return here,he is too good to be given a lesser playing time in Madrid while we need him badly here.”
He reviewed that Hazard’s issue was raised after a brief meeting with the board on how to strengthen the club again and move it forward to at least secure a trophy this season.
He said that many clubs has mesmerized them because they lack Eden’s debut. He said with him,he could have won the FA cup final game against Arsenal last season and even the community shield cup. At least one trophy last season.
Nevertheless, he reiterated that he will work hard to development his current players and make the new ones adapt so that they can continue to win without him in case he does not succeed in signing him back. He said it will be a very hard job to bring him back but he will see to that as he can.
