During the court proceeding in which the DSS operatives forced their way into the court premises to arrest Mr Sowore, an activist protesting bad governance under the aegis of #Revolutionnow, Sowore was allegedly struck a poisonous object.
The persons that struck Sowore with the unidentified object said to contain poisonous substance, has been identified as one of the lawyers on the prosecution team.
In the photos below, the man who was said to have been introduced by the lead prosecutor, Liman SAN, as “Bukar”. Liman made the introduction while he announced the appearances of counsels in his team.
According to Twitter activist, @AbdulMahmud01, “Bukar” struck Sowore with the object in the neck while the activist was being scuffled by the DSS during the court session.
