Kamala Harris a leading presidential candidate of the Democratic party in the US 2020 presidential race just announced her withdrawal.
Kamala Harris, in a statement announcing her withdrawal from the race, says: “I’m not a billionaire. I can’t fund my own campaign. And as the campaign has gone one, it’s become harder and harder to raise the money we need to compete. But I want to be clear with you: I am still very much in this fight.”
“And I will keep fighting every day for what this campaign has been about. Justice for The People. All the people.”
Kamala Harris has challenged the purpose of billionaires during her campaign, promising to impose a significant tax on them if she becomes president.
