According to reports reaching Oyogist.com, the Neverland ranch of late Musician, Michael Jackson has been marketed to a billionaire investor for a whopping 22 Million US dollars.
A billionaire investor known as Ron Burkle, also a former friend of Jackson, acquired the estate in Los Olivos, California.
Oyogist.com can recall that the 2,700-acre (1,100 hectare) ranch was first listed for $100m in 2010.
Jackson intially paid about $19.5m for the ranch, which he named after the “Neverland”, a Disney island where children never grow up in Peter Pan story.

Michael Jackson got it for $19.5 million. Now, they’re selling it for $22million. This doesn’t make sense! It’s like they’re just trying to auction everything that belongs to Jackson.
