According to Reports reaching Oyogist.com, the present state of Brexit negotiations has been addressed by the commission’s President to the European Parliament.
The European Commission President, Ursula Von Der told the Parliament that she can’t decide if there would be a deal or not concerning the ongoing Brexit negotiation talks.
She stated that despite “genuine progress” in talks with the UK in some areas, “there are still three issues that can make the difference between a deal and no deal… the level playing field, governance and fisheries.”
Meanwhile, Oyogist.com learnt that there would be some changes to the EU-UK trade rules starting from January 1 whether or not a deal is done, after the expiry of the post-Brexit transition period.
