According to reports reaching Oyogist.com, the Nigerian Golden Eaglets would proceed to the U17 AFCON after securing a 1-0 finish over Burkina Faso yesterday.
Michael Emmanuel netted the only goal of the encounter to secure the Eaglets entry into the regional tournament which is being hosted by Togo.
Nigeria started the competition in an awkward manner, as they lost 1-0 against Ivory Coast in their opening Group B match, but later managed to reach the semi-finals after the Black Starlets lost to the young Elephants.
