According to reports reaching Oyogist.com, the UK has placed a travel ban on travellers from South America as growing concerns about the new coronavirus strain rises rapidly.
The ban which covers various states including Panama and Portugal – due to its strong travel links with Brazil – and Cape Verde was introduced at 4am on Friday.
Meanwhile, Government Officials are now prepared to double the lockdown rules and a new quarantine system.
