The terrorist group ISIS, on Wednesday morning, launched an attack on infants, mothers and nurses at a maternity hospital on the western side of Kabul, killing 16 people including two newborns.
The attack which took place in the Ramadan month resulted in a shootout with the police that lasted for hours.
In one of the pictures, a slain mother is seen holding tight to her newborn.
This attacks have drawn anger and condemnation from around the world with many condemning those that support religious-based extremists such as the ISIS.
