British footballer and son of former Bradford City player, Lee Sinnott has passed away on the 25th of January, 2020 after he was assaulted hours before a football match on Friday night.
The rising footballer was on loan at Matlock Town from National League North side Alfreton Town before is death. He is believed to have suffered a skull fracture as a result of the assault.
Jordan was rising through the ranks at Huddersfield before his death.
His incident was thought to be a hopeless situation when he arrived at the hospital as there were no expectations for his recovery.
Halifax and Huddersfield have postponed their matches this afternoon due to the tragic situation.
