Oyogist.com has learnt that an aide to the current Governor of cross River State, Governor Ben Ayade contemplated sucide Earlier today over the non-payment of his salary since he commenced work.
The man identified as Freeman Godwin, tried to hang himself on a rope in his office but was stopped by his colleagues who tried to calm him down.
Freeman said:
“When the time reaches for work, they will use you and dump you. Now they throw you here and there as if you are nobody. ” I will die for this government. They play me up and down, sending me here and there. I am ready to die now,” he said.
