The suspected killers of the 25-year-old unarmed black American that was killed in Georgia after a father and son said they suspected him of being a burglar for jogging in the community have been arrested and charged with murder.
The two suspects, white males, Gregory McMichael and his son Travis, both approached the victim, Ahmaud Arbery, in February and shot him to death on the street while he was jogging.
A video that went viral in May and reignited calls for their arrest showed an unarmed Ahmaud Arbery jogging down the street, while the suspects driving in a pickup truck in Satilla Shores, about 15 minutes from Brunswick, Georgia went after him and fired shots that killed him.
