According to reports reaching Oyogist.com, the South Korean Leader, Moon Jae-in has promised citizens that the country would invest over $1 billion in artificial intelligence, so as to ensure the nation’s developing power increases.
President Moon Jae-in said during a briefing on Wednesday in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, that his administration would shift focus to artificial intelligence and innovation.
“Countries around the world are competing to dominate in artificial intelligence,” Moon said. “South Korea’s dream is to become a leader [in the sector] in the post-pandemic era.” President Moon said.
