Covid-19: NCDC reports 17 new cases as Nigeria hits 305 confirmed cases

The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) has reported 17 new confirmed cases of COVID19 on Easter Friday, 10th of April, 2020 bringing the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria to 305, OYOGist.com reports.

NCDC Coronavirus cases in Nigeria

The new confirmed cases were reported in Lagos (8), Katsina (3), FCT (2), Niger (1), Kaduna (1), Anambra (1) and Ondo (1).

There are now a total of 305 confirmed COVID19 cases, with 58 of them already discharged and 7 deaths reported.

NCDC also clarified that some 3 cases that were earlier reported in Lagos have now been transferred to Ogun State, bringing Ogun’s total cases to 7 from 4 and Lagos with a previous 158 (plus 8, and minus 3) to 163.
