Nigerians react to govt banning okadas in Lagos

On Monday 27th January, 2020, the Governor of Lagos State announced a ban on the operation of motorcycle riders in 15 local governments in Lagos state.

This ban includes all forms of public transport motorcycles, known as Okada, and Trycicles (Keke), including Opay and Gokada.

The Governor of the State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, made the announcement yesterday.
