The Honorable Minister for Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, has on Twitter denied the news of his escape from kidnappers in Kaduna on the Abuja-Kaduna railway.
On Sunday, Daily Nigerian has reported the news that the Minister alongside over one hundred train passengers narrowly escaped a kidnap attempt as they left the Rigasa station in Kaduna as the suspected kidnappers opened fire on their vehicles.
In reacting to the news on Twitter, Amaechi said “Fake News. This 👎🏿 is completely concocted”
