According to reports reaching Oyogist.com, several Nigerian Army soldiers recently stormed the peaceful #EndASUU Strike demonstration ground in Akure, ondo state shooting and also damaging the things setup by the demonstrators today at Road Block.
The peaceful protesters, mostly students are demanding an end to the Industrial strike action set up by the Academic Staff union of Universities.
Video clips circulating online showed the moment several soldiers stormed the venue in their numbers, wrecking havoc and disrupting the peaceful protest.
