OYOGist.com has learned that the Governor of Rivers state, Gov. Nyesom Wike has taken to his official Twitter handle to say that impunity can not be allowed to stand, not in Rivers State. Wike made this known after he saved former Ex-NDDC Boss, Mrs Joy Nunieh from being arrested by the Police, early Thursday morning.
Report had it that, there was an attempted arrest of Joy Nunieh, which most people condemned on social media. The Police raided her house to arrest her today, but Gov Wike did not allowed such to happened in his state.
According to Wike, impunity cannot be allowed to stand, not in Rivers State. Gov Nyesom Wike further said that, they are ready to fight for justice.
