The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) has recorded 216 new confirmed COVID-19 cases in the country, bringing the total confirmed cases to 6175, OYOGist.com reports.
The latest report was recorded on the 18th of May, 2020. These new cases were recorded in 15 states, including Lagos- 74, Katsina – 33, Oyo – 19, Kano- 17, Edo – 13, Zamfara – 10, Ogun – 8, Gombe – 8, Borno – 8, Bauchi – 7, Kwara – 7, FCT – 4, Kaduna – 3, Enugu – 3, and Rivers – 2.
Following the 18th of May report, there are now 1644 total discharged cases, while there are 191 COVID-19 related deaths.
