Media personality and influencer, Toke Makinwa has expressed gratitude to God after she got hired to work for a fashion brand, Oyogist reports.
According to makinwa, she had indicated interest in working for the brand some years back, but all to no avail.
However in what came as a surprise to her, the brand personally emailed her recently, saying they knew her and that they’ve researched on her for a long time now.”
“Now I see why it took to long, God was building me, taking me through a process where when it happens, it’ll be worth it. I can’t disclose how much I was paid but damnnnn, she wrote in a tweet.
Going further, she stated that “When God answers our prayers most times it happens without any noise, he doesn’t announce to us that he’s done it, you’ll wake up one day and realize you are living in a once upon a time prayer request, he did it, this is what you prayed 4 and it’s better than u imagined.
