French court convicts 14 over 2015 Charlie Hebdo terror attacks

According to reports reaching oyogist.com, a law court in France has declared 14 people guilty over the January 2015 terror attacks that struck various parts of Paris.

Nine newspaper staff, were killed during the attack, including one building maintenance worker and two police officers.

Oyogist.com further gathered that three assailants were killed while engaging gunshot with the police, leaving only accomplices to face trial.

The charges brought against the defendants ranges from claims of Identity with a terroist network to complicity in the attacks.

President of the special assize court panel which includes five judges announced this verdict after a hearing which lasted for 54 days in which 11 people were put on dock and tried three in their absence.
