“We Must Not Allow Our Social Media Plunge Us Into War” – Lagos Lawmaker, Ganiyu Sanni Says (Video)

Following the ongoing move to regulate social media to curb false information sharing, OYOGist.com has also learned that a Lagos lawmaker, Ganiyu Sanni has also addressed the issue.

In a video, the Lagos State lawmaker spoke on how Saudi Arabia and Dubai no longer permit video calls and video chatting and the need to regulate the social media to avoid war. He also addressed the need for SARS to be ended without killings , looting and raping as he gave assurance of a better country.

“In Saudi Arabia, in Dubai, they no longer allow video calls and video chatting. We must not allow our social media to plunge us into war. Something must be done urgently to reflect our economy, in such a way that every household can put food on their table.”

” We must end SARS but no killings, we must end SARS but no looting, we must end SARS but no raping,” Lagos lawmaker, Ganiyu Sanni said while giving the assurance of a better country.
