OYOGist.com has learned that former Manchester United player, David Beckham has choosing Lionel Messi over his rival mate, Cristiano Ronaldo in the Greatest of all time (G.O.A.T) debate.
Beckham who believe Cristiano Ronaldo is not in the same level as with Messi said further that, He decided to retire himself when Messi started running past him on the field.
Others who joined the debate was Ronaldo Nazario and Ronaldinho. The Brazilians also choose Messi over Ronaldo.
Ronaldinho, who played alongside Messi for over 5 years in Camp Nou chooses his fellow player as the best player to ever kick the ball. He said he was unable to play much with Leo as he wishe he could spend more time with him.
Also, Ronaldo Nazario who is also q former player of Barcelona and a two time World Cup winner praised the Portuguese star and said he is out of this world like Messi but believe Messi is more complete.
“He [Messi] is out of this world. Cristiano, too, but I see Leo as more complete,” Ronaldo said.
Although, the debate still continues as many believes the name of both this great men will forever remain in the history of football as the greatest footballer of all time.
