According to reports reaching Oyogist.com, #RevolutionNow protesters held a demonstration in the early hours of Monday along the highway leading to Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in the federal capital territory (FCT).
Publisher Omoyele Sowore, convener of #RevolutionNow posted a video on his social media account which showed the protesters chanting “Buhari must go” .
Traffic on the highway was affected by the activities of the protesters.
In the post accompanying the video, Sowore wrote:
“#BuhariMustGo protesters on the highway to the airport in Abuja this morning! No Rest for the wicked! #RevolutionNow.”
This is coming after Sowore had called for a nationwide protest asking President Muhammadu Buhari to vacate office on June 12.
