According to report reaching oyogist.com, a lady narrated how soke Hausa boys raided her house with guns in Ibadan.

The lady took to her twitter account @teetee_lope to narrate the experience.

She tweeted: “Oyo State is trending so I thought I should share my experience. Just two days ago, my parents got into an argument with some hausa- boys. They were the ones at fault. We didn’t want to complicate the matter. But these people took it to the extreme they brought war.”

“So, this little girl who has been staying with us (16years) was caught stealing, she was also giving out items in my mums shop and money to some one. After much interrogation and threats she confessed that it was some boys who stayed on our street.”

“My dad got their numbers from her and put a call through to one of them… He was hausa-, and not even Muslim. His name is Isaac.. The call went something like this….
My dad: “who you be wey dey collect money from this small girl”
Isaac: “who you sef be”

“My dad: “I’m her father”
Isaac: hiss… “E be like say you no get work, you dey craze. “
Then isaac hung up. Popsi was livid. How would somebody caught with such have such confidence. It was then this small girl confessed that he was actually her boyfriend.”

“Daddy called two landlords to go with him to confront these guys one of the landlords spoke hausa- fluently. They then headed to the house where these boys had rented a room, the small girl leading the way. They got there and confronted the boys. (Isaac and william)”

“My dad had not even asked any questions when they started to shout, and act defensive. One of the landlords who understood hausa- was trying to properly communicate the issue with them telling them to calm down.”

“My dad just left there in anger, but these boys followed him, shouting and cursing In hausa-. When they got to our gate, my dad faced them and it led to one serious argument. One party shouting in yoruba, the other in hausa-.”

“All of a sudden, one of the boys punched the man who was speaking hausa- to them. By this time, Most people on The street had come out to see what was going on.
The youth (yoruba) were not having it. And so they rushed the hausa- guy with slaps, how dare he slap an elderly man?”

“The other hausa- guy ran off and came back with sticks to fight, after much wrestle they over powered him but the first guy had found room to escape. Them young boys tied down the guy they had caught and called the police to come pick him up.”

“We were all waiting for the police when they arrived.
So organized, like a herd, they introduced themselves with a loud war cry before gun shots rented the air. The one that had escaped had gone to fetch reinforcement”

“I do not exaggerate but they were up to 50 that came. They walked casually towards us and shot at anything that moved.
My family members and I ran like mad people into our compound and quickly locked all the gates.”

“They broke everything we were unable to quickly pack inside the shop. Lucky for us, the shop has a strong burglary proof and so they couldn’t break through. They tried to break in through the roof but I guess there wasn’t enough time.”

“It is still the worst experience ever for me. Despite the fact that someone got shot and a few people injured, I’m grateful to God it didn’t get worse. I can imagine what they would have done to us if they had access into our compound. The shot into the compound and threw-“

“Bottles and stones Inside our compound. In…. I’m just grateful for life…”

“They said they are not hausa- people. Fine. Two northern boys brought a herd of northerners to attack us. Happy now?”
