Oyo state government procures 33 vehicles and 396 motorcycles for Amotekun Corps

According to report reaching oyogist.com, Oyo state government has added 33 operational vehicles and 396 motorcycles to Oyo state Amotekun Corps.

The Amotekun Corps was formed to breach the level of insecurity in the South-Western region of the country.

Recall that oyogist.com had earlier reported that the Oyo state government donated 25 operational vehicles to the Oyo state police command.

This additions was disclosed by the Oyo state governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde via his verified Twitter handle;

He wrote: “Today, we handed over 33 additional operational vehicles and 396 motorcycles to the Oyo State Amotekun Corps. 351 motorcycles are for each ward in Oyo State, while 45 motorcycles go to the headquarters. We will continue to support Amotekun to secure every part of our state.”
