The Tungar Kwana area of the Talata Mafara Local government in Zamfara state has held a mass burial for 20 people who were killed during a Bandits invasion in the town, OYOgist.com reports.
Bandits were said to have arrived at the village, Tuesday night and they started to attack people indiscriminately.
A resident, identified as Halilu Adamu told dailytrust.com that the gunmen carted away cattle and many other domestic animals.
The spokesman of the state police command SP Muhammad Shehu confirmed the incident and claims that the community is getting back to normal.
