OYOGist.com has learned that Chelsea are preparing to work in a deal to sign Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang from Arsenal this summer transfer window, if he becomes available.
It was reported that Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is trying to lure the striker into signing a new deal with the Gunners. The Gabon striker is due to enter the final year of his current contract at Arsenal and so far hasn’t expressed any sign of extending his contract, leaving him open to a move away from the club.
It’s no secret that Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is keen on improving his frontlines by signing a quality forward to boost his team’s attacking threats, so a deal for Aubameyang would be more likely.
