Personal assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on new media, Bashir Ahmad has urged Nigerians to urgently link their NIN with their SIM’s, as several telecommunications companies are currently disconnecting un-linked Subscriber Identity Modules ( Sim), Oyogist reports.
Bashir made this known in a post on his official Twitter page early Tuesday morning.
The post read;
‘The Association of Licensed Telecommunication Operators of Nigeria (ALTON) says its members will comply with the FG’s directive barring outgoing calls of subscribers who are yet to link their NIN with their SIMs.
