The Ondo State PDP Gubernatorial chairman and Governor of Oyo State, Engr Seyi Makinde has called out the new Ondo State Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) returning officer, OYOGist.com reports.

According to Seyi Makinde, the citizens of Ondo State would be denied a free and fair election come Saturday if the new INEC returning officer, Professor Eyitope Ogungbenro Ogunbodede heads the upcoming election.

Speaking at the PDP Studio for the PDP Governorship candidate, Eyitayo Jegede, Seyi Makinde said that the people of Ondo State would not be getting “free and fair election under the watch of the INEC returning officer in person of Dr Eyitope Ogungbenro Ogunbodede, the Vice Chancellor of the Obafemi Awolowo University.”
