COVID-19: Nigeria records 409 new cases, bringing total confirmed cases to 13,873

The Nigeria Center for Disease Control on Wednesday, 10th of June announced another 409 new confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria, which now brings the total confirmed cases to 18,873, OYOGist.com reports.

The cases were recorded in 16 states, including Lagos-201 FCT- 85 Delta- 22 Edo- 16 Nasarawa- 14 Borno- 14 Kaduna- 14 Bauchi-10 Rivers-9 Enugu- 5 Kano- 5 Ogun- 4 Ondo- 4 Bayelsa- 2 Kebbi- 2 and Plateau- 2.

As of the 10th of June, 4,351 COVID-19 cases have been discharged while 382 deaths have been confirmed.

The NCDC has released a new COVID-19 situation report that now features the breakdown of confirmed positive cases in each state as well as the number of cases tested.
