OYOGist.com has learned that the Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State Mr Udom Emmanuel has told the people of Akwa Ibom State that He is working hard in the battle against Covid-19 . The Governor made the statement in a media Chat on the state owned Radio Station AKBC 90.5.
The governor stated clearly that it is not until he is seen jumping on a trailer that people will know he is working. He used the opportunity to inform Akwa Ibomites that there are 3D cameras at the state busy borders which allows for monitoring of activities going on at the borders.

He urged Akwa Ibomites to be vigilant as the state government is doing all she can to fight the Covid-19 pandemic. He therefore cleared the air on the opening of churches saying that though the church is organized and can control certain happenings in there, but the pastor and leaders can do little about the post benediction happening. He therefore urged people to be patient as the government is doing the best for the people.
