OYOGist.com has learned that the World Health Organization (WHO) have revealed that Nigeria has expressed interest in the drug test and trial to fight Covid-19. With drugs such as Chloroquine phosphate, Hydroxychloroquine and remdesivir on trial.

The Officer in charge of WHO Nigeria of the Presidential Taskforce said efforts have been made to begin the process of getting a drug to that in the country.With over 100 countries who have joined in the clinical trial to get a possible result supported by various Labs and Partners.
Over 89 Vaccines have been developed and are under evaluation globally to help get a cure to the disease. As we all know that a disease would take 1 year or so before a Vaccine is to be found, Just like HIV which does not yet have a cure.
