Level 13 civil servants and above to resume work from Monday in Oyo

According to report reaching OYOGist.com, Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo state has announced that the civil servants at level 13 and above in the state should resume on Monday, 27th of April. He disclosed this while briefing journalists on Saturday at the Government House, Agodi, Ibadan.

He said: “First, the state Secretariat will be reopened Monday, April 27th, 2020 but only civil servants at level 13 and above with separate offices will resume.

It could be recalled that as part of strategies to curtail the spread of Coronavirus in the state, Governor Makinde, in March, announced the closure of the secretariat and other government parastals and agencies.

Also, he directed civil and public servants in the employment of the state, local governments and Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) to stay off work for two weeks.
