The son of the former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar’s son Mohammed Abubakar Atiku has tested positive to Coronavirus, after roughly one month of treatment, OYOGist.com has gathered.

According to Premium Times, a medical official close to Mohammed revealed that his test results have continued to remain positive even after 28 days of continuous treatment which includes antiretroviral and immune-boosting vitamins.

An official told Premium Times that, “he tested positive again yesterday. We are doing all that is in our power to ensure his recovery, but he can only be released after he has been deemed completely recovered.”

This development was reported to have puzzled NCDC officials who are not familiar with such a case.
