Following the news making round on social media as regards a member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) tested positive of COVID-19, the State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi has said the infected person is an ex corps member that served in the Barracks and was retained.
The clarification was made known by the governor, Tuesday, in his verified Twitter handle (@RotimiAkeredolu).

He tweeted;
The Governor also stated that the new case is the third confirmed case of Covid19 in the state.
