This couple approached his colleague and doctor friend for premarital tests, but the fiancee came back to meet him and asked him to keep her test a secret from her man. The fiancé is also a friend.
The deal is that the lady is positive, whereas the man is negative. She is also unwilling to go on drugs as he shared in the tweet.
Now, he is in an ethics dilemma – should he break the oath of confidentiality to protect his friend or turn a blind eye to it and put his friend’s life at risk?
