Singer, David Adeleke popularly known as Davido has expressed sadness over the brutal murder of worshippers at the St. Francis Catholic Church in Owo, Ondo state, Oyogist reports.
The incident which occurred earlier today Sunday, 5th July 2022 caused severe tension as many wounded people, both young and old are currently admitted at the State hospital
It was said that the gunmen arrived in their numbers, shooting at the congregation.
One of the videos of the incident obtained by Oyogist shows that children were also killed in the attack.
Davido while reacting wrote on his Twitter page;
“Jesus take control …. Pray for Nigeria Rip to all the lost souls 💔 #Prayforondo
In another separate tweet, he expressed sadness over the recent killings.
