NCDC Records 1,664 New Covid-19 Cases in Nigeria

Oyogist.com has learnt that latest statistics released by the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has shown that Nigeria recorded 1,664 new cases of Covid-19, the latest update is the highest in a single day since the pandemic kicked off around January in Nigeria.

The newest cases now takes the nation’s total confirmed COVID-19 cases to 94,369, as of Wednesday.

Lagos, the epicentre of the pandemic recorded 642 new cases, while Abuja posted 402 new infections and Plateau, 160 cases.
