According to report reaching oyogist.com, the Northern Nigerian Governors Forum have reportedly commiserated with the former Kano state Governor, Rabiu Kwankwaso, over the sudden demise of his father, Musa Saleh Kwankwaso.
The Chairman of the Forum who also doubles as the Governor of Plateau state, Simon Lalong, described the demise of Musa Saleh Kwankwaso, as a great loss to the North.
He noted that; “Though his demise is painful, his legacies of service, love and compassion remain indelible as he has impacted the younger generation to continue in his footsteps.
“We sympathise with the Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje, the government and people of the state, as well as the Kano Emirate Council over the demise of the elder statesman,” Lalong stated.
