According to Reports reaching oyogist.com, some armed bandits have taking many students captive in Katsina state.
The students are from Islamiyya school in Mahuta town, Dandume Local Government Area of Katsina State.
According to a news source, Kastina Post, the students were kidnapped on their way home after they went on an excursion to a nearby village at Unguwar Al-Kasim.
Till now, the actual number of abducted students are yet to be known, but the vigilante groups in the community have already begun a rescue operation.
The Katsina State Police Command said , he could not give any report yet on the issue, as this attack comes few days after suspected bokoharam members invaded Government Science Secondary School, Kankara, kidnapping 344 students.
