According to report reaching oyogist.com, the Rivers State government will soon present the 2021 Appropriation Bill of over four hundred and forty-eight billion naira to the State House of Assembly.
State Commissioner for Finance, Isaac Kamalu dropped the hint while briefing newsmen at the Government House Port Harcourt.
He said “Council considered the budgetary estimates for 2021. This was done taking into consideration the need to further facilitate the recovery following the ongoing economic depression and to consolidate on the myriad of development programmes that are in place across the state.
“The budget volume for the year 2021 budget estimate is N448, 660, 773, 476.
“This will help the Rivers State government accomplish all its ongoing projects and support and make life more meaningful for the people of the state,”
